What does the $80 include?
The $80 includes diagnostic and labor for a free-standing electric dryer appointment. Parts are separate if parts are needed.
Are parts included?
No. Parts are separate. If parts are needed, the technician will identify the issue and the billing flow will handle the remaining balance.
What is Full Service?
Full Service is an optional add-on focused on extra dryer care, cleaning, inspection, and lubrication where applicable.
When is payment collected?
Standard public appointments are confirmed through secure checkout. If extra parts or add-ons are needed after diagnosis, the remaining balance may be sent by payment link.

Can property managers create service requests?
Yes. Property managers can request setup and use the portal to create service requests for tenants.
Can tenants schedule themselves?
Yes. The property manager can create the request and the tenant can receive a scheduling link.
Can property managers track job status?
Yes. The portal is being built around job status, scheduling visibility, approvals, records, and billing.
How do PM approvals work?
Property manager jobs can use a pre-approval limit. Over-limit work can be routed for approval before moving forward.
