Upfront pricing
Your $80 visit includes finding the problem and doing the repair work. You only pay extra for parts if they are needed.
Focused scope
We work on freestanding dryers only. No washers, no stacked units, and no home dryer-vent or duct cleaning. We can identify likely airflow concerns, but vent cleaning must be handled by a vent-cleaning provider.
1-year limited repair warranty
If the same repaired issue returns within 1 year, Dryer Dudes may, at its discretion, redo the covered repair, replace a covered part, or refund the amount paid for the original covered repair. A refund resolves that warranty claim. New or unrelated issues are billed as a new service visit.

We keep overhead low with a smart dispatching system, no retail shop, and a tight service focus — and we pass the savings on to you.
No phone tag
We handle scheduling and reminders by text/email so you can book online without calls.

Authorized entry details
Authorized Entry lets the technician complete the dryer repair while you are away, as long as the dryer is accessible and your access instructions are clear.
$75 Parts Pre-Authorization (Not a charge)
This is a pre-authorization that lets the technician install parts up to $75 without interrupting you for approval. It is a temporary card hold — unused amounts are not charged. Parts over $75 require your approval first.
